Approved Maximum Subsidy Level :	Participation Cost Item Approved Maximum Subsidy Level (HK$) Travel Cost $10,500 (air tickets from Hong Kong to Riyadh and from Dubai to Hong Kong) $2,200 (air ticket from Riyadh to Abu Dhabi and coach rental from Abu Dhabi to Dubai) Accommodation Cost $7,800 (hotel accommodation in Riyadh (2 nights), Abu Dhabi (1 night) and Dubai (2 nights)) Participation fee charged by Organiser $400 (Group in-town transportation arranged by Organiser in Riyadh)
The maximum amount of subsidy for each eligible participation cost item under PSP is 90% of the actual cost incurred for that item by a Hong Kong professional participating in an eligible activity, up to the approved maximum subsidy level for that item. The approved maximum subsidy levels for eligible participation cost items cannot be transferred between them. The PSP subsidy will be provided on a reimbursement basis, subject to the participating professionals’ full attendance at the activities concerned.
